超级铁硅铝又名二代铁硅,是采用氮气雾化制粉技术制取的近球形铁硅铝金属粉末磁芯。传统铁硅 铝粉末是采用机械破碎法制取,粉末形貌为不规则三角形粉末。球形铁硅铝粉比传统铁硅铝粉所生产的金属磁粉芯,具有更高的直流叠加特性,及更低的功率损耗特点。特别适合于大电流工作场所,如:服务器电源,电动汽车,家用电器,太阳能光伏等领域。
其特性优势表现在:
具有比传统铁硅铝更好的DC偏流特性,,50KHZ/100mT损耗比FeSi6.5磁粉芯降低60%,价格仅仅略高于传统FeSi6.5。
广泛应用于服务器电源PFC电感,开关调节器电感,光伏逆变器升压电感,一般工业电源输出电感,在线噪音滤波等。
